This is the work of Nicole-paskauskas. When starting to research for ideas for my look book photoshoot I wanted to source ideas from a range of designers and artists in order to be as creative as possible. However the overall concept will be expressing the work of Marc Jacobs. After deciding on the spring/summer 2013 campaign by Marc Jacobs I want to express the graffiti, street style effeortless appearance, with fun prints brought out further by the location that I will look into closer to the time.
I came across Nicole-paskauskas when looking at artwork and designers inspired by abstract graffiti. This particular caught my eye beacuse of the expressive detail on the flat t-shirts. I htought this would be a great inspiration if and when I come to create my own. I like Nicole's style as everything is very make shift and exploring colours and the life that comes out of them.
I really like the idea of seeing the shape and appearance of the patterns and designs on the flat t-shirt therefore when coming to create my own i intend to create some templates. After looking at Nicole-paskauskas work I want to remember to take with my the freedom of medium your working with and expressing movement within the pattern.
